Keeping your core engaged, lift your straight leg up behind you as you lean forward, bringing your body into one long line from fingertips to top of head. Your BFF can help support you by placing their hands on your waist or lower back.

3. Camel Pose: Kneel on the ground with both knees hip-width apart and place your palms on the backs of each thigh just below the gluts. Inhale as you press down into your thighs and tilt pelvis forward, arching the spine backward (think cow pose). As you exhale, tuck chin to chest and continue arching backward until you feel a deep stretch in front of neck and across chest – only go as far as is comfortable.
